YUM! Enjoy being able to have it all the time. I miss both coffee shops when I am home. Thanks for your comment!

I LOVE Lava Java! I have been there multiple times, whenever I am traveling from Portland to Washington. They make AMAZING cappuccinos!

My local coffee haven Is lava java in Ridgefield WA, every cup is a work of art.

I know all about blue bottle coffee but I have not had the opportunity to get there yet. I agree Stumptown is wonderful. Portland has such an amazing coffee culture…and art culture…maybe just and awesome culture all together. Thanks for the comment.

They have locations in California as well as NY and they have absolutely beautiful artisan drinks and high quality roasts. I’m also a big fan of Stumptown roasters in Portland and their work with coffee as well as espresso beverages

I used youtube videos. The first step is pulling good shots…then mastering good foam then you can start to pour art. You have to get a machine that will allow you to do all three things. Good luck!

Hahaha! Wish that was something they would have taught us! After leaving starbucks, I’m now just hearing about Third Wave Coffee…and love the idea! thanks for sharing!
